Three Links Foundation serves as the philanthropic bridge connecting community  generosity to the daily lives of seniors in Northfield, Lonsdale and surrounding communities since 1982. Three Links Foundation provides financial support to the mission and care that Three Links Health Services provides and could not otherwise provide through government, insurance or private pay to its seniors

Donated dollars support innovative initiatives such as the Immersion Room where physically restricted residents can travel globally and experience realistic sights, sounds and smells of the various virtual travel locations.

Your dollars will also be used to support spiritual and life enrichment that is not normally funded by resident payer sources and staff will be able to attend various professional trainings to enhance communications and provide improved care.

While we are dedicated to supporting the highest quality of life, government payment systems often fall short of covering the true cost of comprehensive care.

To bridge this gap, the Three Links Foundation works hand-in-hand with Three Links Health Services leadership to identify critical fundraising priorities. Your financial support directly supplements care and expands programming for residents at our Northfield and Lonsdale locations.

• Advanced Memory Care: Enhancing memory care programming with innovative, effective techniques tailored to our residents, alongside the support of advanced educational opportunities for staff leadership.
  
• Enhanced Spiritual Care: Increasing engagement and chaplain availability to support the spiritual well-being of our community.
  
• Life Enrichment Programming: Expanding evening and weekend activities to offer residents a wider variety of vibrant, engaging choices.
  
• Expanded Transitional Care: Growing our short-term transitional care services to consistently meet and exceed resident expectations.
  
• Aging-in-Place Resources: Offering financial support and tools to local organizations that help Northfield and Lonsdale seniors live safely and independently in their own homes.
  
• Capital & Facility Studies: Funding vital capital studies across all locations to plan for future building updates, modernizations, or replacements.
  
• Staff & Leadership Support: Stabilizing and nurturing our incredible care teams through targeted educational programs.
  
• Medical Transportation: Providing dedicated medical transportation so residents can safely visit external care providers as needed.
